Do you mean that it is not responding to the remote?

What is your model Apple TV? Identify your Apple TV model - Apple Support

What is your model remote? Identify your Apple TV remote - Apple Support

Try linking or pairing the physical remote again. If your Apple TV remote isn't working - Apple Support

Unplug it from it's power source for 2-3 minutes and re-attempt to plug it in.
