Apple TV+ and Apple Music are separate subscriptions. One does not affect the other, if you have both. If you cancel Apple TV+, then your Apple Music subscription will stay as-is.

For bundled subscriptions (Apple One, Apple Music Student) subscribing or canceling is for the whole bundle.
