AppleCare+ biling problem
Hello! I bought an iPhone 13pro in ny and got AppleCare+ when I was in the Apple Store in Brooklyn picking up my phone. I was assured that the coverage would work in my country (Ecuador) and sure enough I was charged $10 each month. I updated my payment method to a new credit card and all of a sudden I get these messages:
AppleCare+ Billing Problem.
“To avoid losing coverage for your device,
finish setup by linking your AppleCare plan
to your Apple ID. This allows you to update
your payment information.”
is there any workaround?
