Good afternoon, yesterday I accidentally downloaded the "Downloads" folder from icloud to Mac, there was not enough memory. And without thinking, I immediately deleted it and cleaned the trash on my macbook. Then it turned out that the files were deleted not from the MacBook, but from icloud. How can I recover deleted files?

If the files weren't deleted from the MacBook, you can sync the files back to iCloud.
Do you have a backup you can restore from? Or try going to iCloud.com/Account Settings using a browser and then under Advanced at the bottom left, select Restore Files.
