Sending photos
I have an iPad mini 2. I cannot send photos or videos. “Cannot deliver” I can send using my iPhone. Do the newer iPad’s have something that will allow me to send photos?

Sending Photos on an iPad:
How exactly are you trying to send these? Attach them to an eMail. Another option would be to use wuse messaging to send a photo: Set up Messages on iPad - Apple Support
