apple watch face won't move up My Apple Watch has suddenly stopped working as before. When the watch face is displayed , it now won't roll up to allow silencing or putting it in airplane mode, etc. and it won't roll down to show notifications.

I had this on my Apple Watch SE a few weeks ago! Rebooting the watch solved the issue for me
