Apple Music

I am in family and not all members of our family can listen, add music in app Apple Music and so on. What is the problem? It is something with app or it is organiser of family did something that we can’t listen to music?

Thank you for your answer, have a good day!

If all of you followed all the steps in:

Set up Family Sharing - Apple Support

Get an Apple Music family subscription - Apple Support

then you might be able to fix your issue by turning Sync Library off for all of your devices, then turning it back on again.  Learn how.

Hello dhrbrchk

Can you check the followings?

1 - Can you see your Apple ID under Account Settings by tapping the profile icon with Music?

2 - Can the organizer see an active subscription by Settings > "Name Surname" > Subscriptions?

3 - Did the organizer share the subscription by Settings > Family Sharing > Shared with your family > Apple Music?

Hope this helps you

Kind regards
