sim card

so my phone plan was on xfinity mobile and had to transfer it to verizion they gave us a new sim to put in my phone however now when i turn on my phone to finish the transfer process it says " the sim card that you currently have installed in this iPhone is from a carrier that is not supported under the activation policy that is currently assigned by the activation server"

Your iPhone is locked on to the Carrier.


Carrier Lock:- Request your iPhone’s original Carrier to unlock your iPhone and if they agree and do it, then you may know the further process here --> How to unlock your iPhone for use with a different carrier ...
