Save as Video option missing in iPhone when sharing photos
Unable to save Live Photos as video in my iPhone 11. Save as video option disappeared. Play memory option removes motion in Live Photos.

Probably you have not selected any Live Photos. Under Albums, Media Types, select Live Photos and then select a Live Photo.
