Locked a note and set a password. Cannot remember the password. Reset password for all notes but did not change the password for locked note. Is there any way to recover the password for this note? or is it lost forever?

Keep trying until you remember it. There is no other way to open a locked note. The first time you locked a note you were informed that you must remember the password in order to unlock it.
