Mail crashes on launch (SIGILL) after updating to Big Sur.

How do I fix this to get Mail to launch? Is there a way to re-install Mail?

Mail using Big Sur 11.2, can't open Mail Preferences I can't open Mail Preferences any longer, just get the spinning ball and have to use Force Quit to get out.
