Lost all of music from library

Recently I’ve moved to india from Australia so I’ve changed the region to india after changing I’ve lost all my music

how can I get my music library back

please help me with that

Apple Music lost I recently updated my Apple Music subscription payment method and change countries from South Africa to UK. Upon changing and renewing my music has been lost - I did have all my music backed up and synced however when I attempted to sync my music it didn’t show up and now all my downloaded music and playlists have vanished.

Lost my library (only on pc) hello. i need some help please. itunes asked me to change store to other country store in order to acces something, did it, said that it's unavailable in my country (like doooh, dont know why would it ask me to change the store if it's unavailable), changed back to default store. And tadaaaaaa no more music in library on pc, just on my phone. how do i get back my library on pc? thanks

Not possible. Cancelling a subscription and changing countries means starting over.
