All of a sudden my apple watch only shows the display and it doesn't stay on ..How do i change this so it will stay on all the time?

All of a sudden my apple watch only shows the display when I tap it and it doesn't stay on very long. How do I get the display to stay on all the time? My watch is a series 5.
