Is there a way to put the do not disturb toggle on my iPhone screen?

You can see it in Control Center. That is just a swipe down from the corner of the screen. You can do it even if the phone is locked if you have Control Center configured that way. Just tap on the Focus button in Control Center. But to answer your question, no it cannot be added to the home screen.

I forgot to add this to my reply, but seeing your response reminded me you can also use Siri. Just tell Siri, "turn on Do Not Disturb."
