We upgraded our wifi service recently and our iPhones and iPads stopped finding the airprint printer. I was able to get the laptop to recognize the printer after I deleted then downloaded and reinstalled the software. All of our devices are using the same wifi and we never used an app to connect to printer before. Why can’t our phones find the airprint printer anymore?

When there is a problem with AirPrint, and if all settings are OK, the following procedure may be worth testing:
Power off the Wi-Fi router, the printer, the laptop, the iPhones and iPads, and all other devices/computers. Wait two to three minutes. Power on the router. Wait two to three minutes. Power on the printer. Wait a minute or two. Power on the laptop. Power on the iPhones and the iPads. Finally, power on all other devices/computers. Any change?

The Brother HL L2380DW is Apple AirPrint capable.
I suggest reestablishing the WiFi connection from the printer.
Be sure to do the same with your iPhone just to ensure that all connections are up-to-date.
Also, check (from the printer) for a firmware update.
