How do I migrate From MacBook Pro to Mac studio

I just brought a Mac Studio come with MacOS Monterey. I want to know which way can migrate my old MacBook Pro(installed Big Sur). I tried a migration tool with data transfer and successfully completed found in MacBook side, but the new Mac Studio hangup and reboot fail afterward. Is it the problem created from different MacOS compatibility on data transfer? Or should I use another way, like time machine to restore the data? I read the support information, found my old MacBook(2013) cannot upgrade to latest Monterey, so I am stuck on it to migrate on Mac Studio. Thanks for any advices.

MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 10.15

Thx. The step is correct. After data successful transferred, I found the screen display switch to HDMI port from my initial screen on Thunderbolt port, so I connect the correct display port and find the system can successful migrate with my own data.
