Microsoft Office Updates error

Why can't I update MS Office lately? It says Update Error and Updates are temporary unavailable, please try again in a few minutes. But I have been trying for many days and I still cannot get the updates. Please advise me what to do. Thanks in advance.

MacBook Pro 14″, macOS 12.3

Thanks for your reply. I have solved this issue by enabling the MS Update Assistant to launch at log in.
