"Import Mailboxes" option is greyed out

I am attempting to import the mbox file containing my Gmail messages into Apple Mail (iCloud Mail) using my MacBook. When I go to File/Import Mailboxes in the Mail App, the Import Mailboxes option is greyed out. What am I missing?

iMac, OS X 10.11
