My mac doesn’t start all the way aftwr reboot and i keep getting the error -1008f code

The computer has been started in Internet Recovery Mode and is attempting to load the Recovery Mode from the Apple Servers.

Is the computer connected to Internet via Wifi or Ethernet Cable to Router/

Ethernet Cable to Router will provide a more reliable and faster connection.
