Close the offending page and avoid sites that are involved in such bogus advertising tactics.

I clicked on this link and then a notification popped up like this
and it said that your phone has been hacked take action immediately. or something like that. And I checked the comments and everyone was saying it’s downloaded a virus onto their phone and stuff
If you did not jailbreak your phone, it has not been "hacked".
What is happening that makes you think it may have been?
