OSX Monterey 12.3.1 and Adobe Photoshop Element 2019 Issues

Hello.

I am setting up my new MBP 14-inch, and it looks like Photoshop Elements (and other varieties) are having issues launching or loading. In my case, with Element 2019, the main boring interface comes up and when I try to launch the editor or the organizer Adobe appears to attempt to set them up and then it finally stops with nothing achieved.

Online, it seems there are compatibility issues that Adobe is working on. Anyone here has better knowledge of what is going on?

My wife's experience with Adobe was, "We're working on it". She abandoned Adobe and went with Affinity.
