Why does my Apple Pay not work

Why isn’t my Apple Pay working ? It says it isn’t available in my region and that is very weird

iPhone 11, iOS 15

If Apple Pay isn’t available in your region, you can't use it.

Check again -> Countries and regions that support Apple Pay
