I keep getting message that my iPhone is unable to restore

my iPhone is unable to restore when connected to a Mac book, I get a message on my screen to connect to a Mac book or pc and go to apple support for iPhone. Once it is connected it starts the restore process then stops saying it is unable to process.

Connect iPhone to Computer / Mac


Settings > Touch/Face ID & Passcode > USB Accessories > [Enable]
