Correct. Children can only be moved to another family account or have their Apple ID deleted. Move a child to another group using Family Sharing - Apple Support
Children can be moved to a different family share but cannot be deleted.
They are permanently in your family even if you want to remove them? Forever until they over 13?
I do not any family that I can move them
