Looking at purchasing iPod Touch 7 for use w iTunes on 2012 iMac

Does the iPod Touch 7 have iTunes on it so I can sync w iMac mohave OS w iTunes on it? Am I able to continue to use iTunes on the iPod Touch 7 without the iOS splitting all my items into Apple Music, TV, Books?

The iTunes app on iOS devices is used to access the iTunes Store only. iOS 15 has separate apps for Music, TV, Books, Podcasts, etc. but they will sync with your iTunes library.
