I will take a guess too that you have an old phone that can’t update. What phone do you have and what is your current iOS version?
12.5.5 but Why can’t I update it
If your phone is on iOS 12.5.5, then most likely you have a phone that can’t update any further. You still haven’t told us which phone you have.
