Apple Music post moving regions

Hi team, I recently relocated from India to the US. While in India I had membership to the Apple Music and had an important collection of my favorite music playlist which I’m now unable to access at after changing region on my phone to the US. Is there a way I can retrieve my Apple Music playlist created in India. I haven’t downloaded to iTunes. I have paid for the membership for Apple Music and ideally I should not loose access to my previously downloaded music barring the songs that are available in the US regions which is understandable. Request your help with reinstating my Apple Music library.
