I can’t invite my wife but she can invite me however I do not receive an invite in my health app. She has an iPhone 12 and I have a pro max. Would that have anything to do with it?

Settings > [your name] > Password & Security > Two-Factor Authentication : ON
Is your wife contact in your Contacts app including her iCloud ID?
Both phones meet the requirements. I even tried restarting my phone
