Occasionally my screen gets frozen. How do I fix that?

I can see that you are indeed using a iPhone X. Those device did have some screen issues when they first launched. For more info on defective iPhones Click Here. If your device freezes, follow these steps.

Quick press volume up
quickly press volume down
hold side button until you see Apple logo.

Your device has then been restarted and your issue has been resolved. If issues still persist contact Apple Support.
