I wanted to get windows put onto my MacBook and I had a look online and thought that it’s a long and confusing process for me. Would apple be able to install windows on my laptop if I booked an appointment to take it to the apple store?

If it is an Intel Mac follow these instructions: Install Windows 10 on your Mac with Boot Camp Assistant - Apple Support
If it is a M1 Mac, Windows can not be installed.
