Have recently installed the new update on MacBook air and now won't connect to our home internet, stating that the wi-fi has a self assigned IP address. All other devices connecting no problem. Help!

Hello d0d50n, Don't know why this would change during an update, but check your MacBook Air Network settings to see if you are using DHCP and not manually assigned IP address.
