ShazzMatazz,

What happens if you ask Siri on your Mac, to make a FaceTime audio call to a contact or number?

If you're looking to make phone calls from your Mac, do the following:

  1. In the FaceTime app on your Mac, sign in and make sure FaceTime is turned on.
  2. Set up your iPhone and Mac for phone calls, if you haven’t done so already.
  3. Enter a phone number in the field at the top of the FaceTime window (you may need to press Return), then click the Audio button (or use the Touch Bar). You can also click Audio to see your past phone calls.

The following page provides additional information that may also be helpful: Make and receive phone calls in FaceTime on Mac

We hope this helps!
