Photo App does not show options to adjust a picture

How to edit photos in MacBook Pro 2021, it does not show options like in the iPhone or IPad to adjust color, saturation, contrast, etc or it does not have it?

editing photos on my MacBook Pro How can I correct/change tilt in the new Photos app? For example, I took a photo of a framed painting and, because the camera was not perfectly at the same angle of the pinging, there is distortion; ie the top of the image is slightly larger than the bottom.
