Hello! Try to enable the airplane mode for couple of seconds. Like this you will force tour device to try to connect, unless if there is a hardware issue.

Wifi button is suddenly grayed out on husbands iPad. Thinking it was just old and had quit I gave him my fairly new and unused iPad. We wiped it and he signed in under his Apple ID. Now the new iPad has the wifi button also grayed out. Appears to be related to his Apple ID. Have tried all the suggestion of restarting, resetting all devices and network. Nothing works. Help!
