Itunes on my work PC suddenly cannot connect with icloud music library. I have been using itunes on this computer for 10 years with no problems. the box is checked in 'preferences>general>icloud music library'
My phone itunes music is working fine and accessing everything.
I have uninstalled and reinstalled itunes on my computer.

Try deauthorizing and then reauthorizing the computer. Try signing out and then back into your Apple ID.

also, itunes will not play any music files currently
Is your computer authorized for your Apple ID? What version of Windows is involved, just in case that product line above isn't accurate?

That did it!. I also had to click iClout Music Library in Preferences, and reset my itunes media folder, but now everything it back where it should be. Thank you.
Yes, the computer is authorized for my Apple ID. I have been using this computer at work, with my itunes, for the past 10 years. The computer was wiped last year, but that didn't impact my use of itunes. My work computer has Windows 10 Pro. I am currently listening to my playlists, but there is nothing showing up under 'library'.
