Troubleshooting Automatic AirPod Connections:
Try the Following...
I. Turn Off Automatic Head Detection:
- Go here: Change AirPods Audio Settings on iPhone - Apple Support
- Scroll to: Turn off Automatic Head Detection or Automatic Ear Detection.
- Proceed from these as necessary
No Success?...
II. Disable Bluetooth:
Have no reason to use Bluetooth while not using these? If so, disable Bluetooth on the device you're connecting these too. All would not be detected.
