Find my notifications not stopping

I set up some find my alerts for me and my now ex-girlfriend and when we broke up deleting the alerts doesn’t stop me from getting the alert notifications when she reaches the location I set the alert up for. How do I stop receiving these notification alerts?

Find My vs Find My Safety Alert? In the Settings-Notifications section of my iphone I can see a listing for “Find My” and a separate one for “Find My Safety Alerts”. Can’t find an app called “Find My Safety Alerts” so why is there a separate listing under the notifications section? Find My alerts going to iPad Hi when setting up alerts for the "Find My' app I used my iPad and not my iPhone. Seperation alerts are now going to my iPad. I need them to go to my iPhone - but I can't find where to change this. I don't always have my iPad with me and it is wifi only. Any advice appreciated.

Find my phone Find my phone app sends me a notification of an item left behind. Specifically my AirPods…They’re in my ears and connected to my phone at the time of the notification. All items are in my possession. I have a new iPhone 13 pro. Without turning off the ‘left behind’ notifications completely is there anything else I can do?
