locked out of iphone

I just bought this phone off of this kid and I locked myself out of it need to plug in to iTunes and I don't have a computer all I got is my phone and OTG cable. Is there anyway we can factory reset this iPhone

You need access to a computer to restore it to reset the passcode. Get help from a friend or family member who has a computer. Or, get an appointment at an Apple Store for help.
