I have Apple One that includes cloud storage, why am I still being charged a separate $2.99 charge for the cloud storage?

Apple One includes cloud storage, yet I am still being charged $2.99 for cloud storage separate from my 14.99 payment. There is no place to cancel the $2.99 on the subscriptions section under settings. How do I fix that?

You appear to have a larger standalone plan than the amount bundled with Apple One. If desired, click here and downgrade.
