Why can’t I connect with ITunes Connect?

Why can’t I connect to ITunes Connect?

I want to publish my book with Apple but it will not let me get to ITunes Connect through the site so what do I do when it tells me that I’m not connected.

iMac, macOS 10.13

👉 If you tried all of the above steps and you still can’t connect, contact Apple Support.
