I would take it back and have them look at it. It seems it is not working, after their services were performed. But, these are user-to-user forums. No one here has any say in what can and count be performed. So, take it back, and have them look at this. It may be a faulty battery.

Ungenuine Battery:

Who did you have replace this battery? If so, take it back to the place that gave you a new battery, and have them place a genuine battery in it. They should have known better.
