Supposed to be included in my virizon bill
My I tunes are supposed to be included with my Verizon so why is it not work still asking me for payment method

iTunes store/App store will ask you for a payment method if you want to buy any apps or start any subscriptions.
Even if a specific subscription is included with your Verizon.
