Apple CarPlay

My car is a 2018 renault megane. I got a iphone 11 same as my friend, when my friend plugs his phone carplay works fine but, when i do it my phone shows up as ipod. I have the slightest idea why this happens.

Any ideas?

I did everything on this list but still I can’t connect to carplay. Two of my friends tried and there was no problem however, when i tried it it doesn’t work for some reason.
