I bought a new iPhone 13 pro max yesterday and received and opened it today. Am I still able to return it although I have opened the box and started setting up the device?

Yes you can. You have 14 days from the date of purchase to return your phone for a full refund, even if the box is opened and you have set it up.

If you bought it from Apple or an authorized dealer, you have 14 days to return it for any reason. Other dealers have other return policies.
