Hi! I just noticed that I have been charged $4.99 a month for the last several months. I assumed it was for a subscription that was originally free and then it rolled over to a pay per month fee. I did some research and found out how to get out of the subscription. Have since cancelled it. Is there any way to be refunded for the monthly fees since I haven't used this service?
