My trade in kit hasn’t arrived yet

Hello, I ordered a new phone a few weeks ago on trade in. My phone arrived quickly however, my trade in kit hasn’t arrived yet. What should I do?

The third-party partner that Apple uses for the Trade-in program should have been sending you emails related to this. Those email should also include contact information. As such I suggest you reach out to them and ask ... and have them send out another shipping kit.
