After opening a numbers spreadsheet with 11.2 on my MacBook (Big Sur) when I open the same spreadsheet on my iMac (Catalina) I can no longer see any of the cells on version 11.1, opening on 11.2 again it works fine (using iCloud Drive)
Keep in mind that older versions of MacOS don't support Numbers 11.2.
Numbers 11.2 requires MacOS 11.0 or later, i.e. you need to update your iMac from Catalina to a later MacOS in order to run it.

Looks like it was an icloud drive syncing issue, probably didn't wait longer enough before re-opening
