I see two charges on my debit card I can not find subscriptions for

I am getting charged for months now 3-4 months 10.$ an 15$ for two different apple bill is all it says an I have no subscriptions on my phone showing

Unathorized charge I have one subscription that I pay for on my iPhone and it’s not even every month it’s just sporadically geocaching I went to do that today as soon as I have put any money on my card a card that is not linked to my Apple wallet while I also have zero active subscriptions it was not 60 to 90 seconds. After I enter my card information I was charged almost $14. 1398 to be exact from Apple. It does not tell me why I did not get a receipt from Apple telling me which app or subscription that I was charged for. How do I fix this? Who do I contact
