How do I check to see if I have a subscription to Apple TV?

Follow the steps in the support document you posted from if you have a Windows PC or here on an Apple device: How to cancel a subscription from Apple - Apple Support


If the subscription appears there then you have it. If it does not, then you don't have it, or it is not actually tied to the Apple ID you are logged in with. This can happens if you have multiple Apple IDs. You would need to check each Apple ID you may have for the subscription in that case.
