How do I STOP calls when connected to Car Play?
Taking a call when driving is dangerous even when hands free.

If you don't want to have calls come though change your do not disturb settings to not let calls from some people in.
Use Do Not Disturb on your iPhone, iPad and iPod touch – Apple Support (UK)
This does not work when the iPhone is connected to the car via bluetooth or Car Play
Do not disturb - Still allows calls on iPhone when driving
